Orders, Cancellations & Payments

Preorders

Preorders allow you to place an order before a book has been released to the public. The publisher determines the release date of the book. Tertulia will authorize payment and ship your book upon release date. You may see a temporary authorization hold in your credit card account until we actually charge you for the book.

Backorders

Backorders will be placed with the publisher when you purchase a book that is not currently available in our warehouse. If a backordered book is not received within 60 days, we will cancel the order and refund you.

Cancellations & Returns

In the interest of processing orders quickly from our warehouse, Tertulia does not allow for cancellations. In the rare case that a book order is canceled due to lack of availability, you will be notified and refunded. Tetulia does not accept returns at this time. If your book has arrived damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact customer care and we will replace it immediately.
